DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We want you to be psyched about your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned merchandise must include original packaging, and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to authorize. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
To return items, please use a trackable shipping method and ship your product to the address listed on the original packaging. "Return for refund" must be clearly written on your receipt as well as the reason for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. Items are delicate and must be packaged safely to ensure they will be damaged in transit. For a full refund, items returned must be in the same condition as they were when sent to you.
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
We are happy to repair or replace any damaged items within two month's time of delivery or in-store purchase. Please refer to "Return Shipping" details for more information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We're happy to offer international shipping. The fee is $30 for FedEx international priority mail shipping. Expected shipping length is 3-5 business days (please note possible delays listed below) following the orders fulfillment date.
Once items have been fulfilled and shipped, it is in the carrier's hands to get your items to you on time. We always request delivery confirmation from USPS or FedEx once packages have been delivered and that serves as our official notice that our products have successfully reached their destination. After receiving official word from USPS or FedEx, we are not responsible for missing items.
When orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
International shipping terms & conditions
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. May be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("import fees"). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
